You don’t need CLICK nannies to tell you that finding the right childcare for your family is crucial – no doubt it’s something that’s been dominating your thoughts for quite some time! That’s why no one takes the business of matching your needs more seriously than we do.

To find you the perfect nanny, we need to understand your requirements fully – so tell us everything – no matter how trivial it may seem. You see, the more we know about you and your child or children the better we can weed out candidates who are not right for you. The last thing we want to do is waste your time submitting candidates who are obviously unsuitable. We know just how frustrating and time-consuming that can be.
You may be looking for full-time, part time, temporary or permanent help. A nurse or maternity-nurse. A live-in or daily nanny. Mother’s help or housekeeper. Or simply some babysitting. You might even want a mix of different childcare skills. Or feel you need someone with a specific qualification or someone who’s simply been looking after little ones for years. No matter. At CLICK nannies we’re confident we can find you just the right person.

Before we send you a candidate…
Because you rightly demand a child-carer you can trust and rely on we personally interview all candidates. Then we:
- check the authenticity of their qualifications and any other documents
- endeavour to speak with their sponsors and referees
- check their status with relevant criminal records bureaux
- verify their immigration status (if from abroad)
Many of our candidates come from New Zealand and Australia, where our representatives, time permitting, carry out these tasks even before they travel and before we submit their details to you.
What happens after you hire?
Should you decide to go ahead with one of our candidates, our service to you does not stop there. During the first few weeks of the placement we will keep in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly – answering any queries you may have on employment issues.
At CLICK nannies, we can also offer advice on such matters as arranging tax and national insurance payments, the ins and outs of the childcare voucher system, or applying for a UK driving licence, should your nanny need to obtain one.
And if you require a draft specimen employment contract – let us know and we’ll supply one right away. Plus, if ever we can’t answer one of your queries we’ll always try and find someone who can.
